We are approaching practical completion later this month for our 300 bed student housing project for BAM Property Ltd in the Liberties area of Dublin. The external Limestone cladding is largely complete, and the external façade grid of repeating elements based on the modules of bedroom and living spaces behind has been revealed with the removal of the surrounding scaffolding. The materiality and solidity of the façade treatment anchors the building in the local context and will make a significant contribution to the ongoing rejuvenation of the area.
