A proposal for a high end residential development of 16 generously sized apartments for a prominent corner site.
The scheme comprises a free standing five storey over basement building along with a basement car parking level. An L shaped landscaped amenity lawn space with a combination of existing mature trees, new trees, lawn and ground cover planting is created between the existing boundary railings and the building itself on both street frontages.
The building is clad in large format high quality honed precast concrete panels with a terracotta finish. A subtle colour variation between adjacent panels is proposed which will add another layer of visual richness to the appearance of the building.
The architectural intention is to produce a high quality residential development of modern spacious apartments in an elegant
contemporary building of fine proportions and lasting quality.
