This scheme proposes a high quality headquarters office building on a prominent site near to the Grand Canal. The building comprises five floors and a set back sixth floor of class A office space, set upon a landscaped plinth with amenity terraces located on a number of upper level floors. A basement contains car parking and ancillary areas.

The form of the building responds directly to the local context which varies in scale on each elevation - strategically placed set-backs and voids ensure excellent daylighting to all office perimeter while a generous internal top-lit atrium ensures light penetration to the deep plan. A double height entrance are addresses the triangular park on the edge of the Grand Canal.

The facade is extensively glazed with a combination of transparent, fritted and solid insulated panels, with a thin stone band expressing the edge of the floor plate horizontally.

In 2014 Linkedin acquired the building as their new European headquarters.
