SCA have been selected by NAMA/Deloitte through a two stage competitive interview process to design two office buildings in the City Block 9 precinct of the Dublin Docklands SDZ Planning Scheme.
The southern building will have frontage onto North Wall Quay and a new north south street to the east, while the second building will complete the south west corner of Point Village Square and also address the new street.
Together they will deliver 40,000 sqm of Grade A office space.
This will bring to four the buildings which we are responsible for in this developing city precinct including The Liffey Trust on Sheriff Street, completed in 2009, and the EXO landmark office tower, currently in detailed design development.
