Clanwilliam Court

Our major commercial office building Clanwilliam Court has recently received a decision to grant planning permission from Dublin City Council. Shay Cleary Architects have been working on the project for the last year and this planning grant is a major milestone in the redevelopment of this prominent city centre site on behalf of our clients Hibernia REIT plc. The highly visible corner site forms an important marker in the urban context at the Grand Canal on routes into and out of the city centre and is a gateway to a significant part of the Georgian Core in Dublin. In addition to the commercial office and associated facilities the project includes a gym, townhall space for use of the occupants and a restaurant and café which introduces new public uses onto Lower Mount Street and Love Lane and extends our previous work on other building on the site, including Marine House and Velasco House,
