This proposal comprises the creation of a vibrant and varied mixed use precinct on a site in Prague.

The following are the aims and aspirations of the proposal:

• To create a distinct and unique precinct both in terms of use and architecture within the overall development of the Waltrovka site.

• To retain the majority of the existing buildings

• To creatively transform the existing buildings providing unique working and living spaces.

• To introduce new buildings which in tandem with the existing will create a strong sense of place.

• To make an architecture which places sustainability at the centre of the design process and provides an integrated architectural solution
