Marine House, a part of the Clanwilliam Court complex in Dublin 2 has recently received a grant of permission from An Bord Pleanála following approval from Dublin City Council at the beginning of the year. The project comprises a radical refurbishment and extension of an existing 1970's office building, improving its environmental performance, increasing its floor area significantly and providing a new highly glazed façade on this prominent site adjacent to the Grand Canal.
