Planning Permission granted by Dublin City Council for a 300 room student housing project at Blackpitts Dublin 8.
The scheme ranges in height from seven down to four floors along with a single storey gym pavilion building. It is a perimeter block enclosing a landscaped private garden space as well as forming a new east west pedestrian street with a proposed new hotel to its north.Access is through two double height gated entrance undercrofts from the adjoining streets.
