Shay Cleary Architects were in attendance at the Urban Land Institute’s tour of the emerging Boland’s Mill complex in Grand Canal Dock under construction by BAM. The view from the top of the new towers under construction is of our Alto Vetro building completed in 2008. Its iconic slender profile continues to mark the threshold of the city from the east and west and continues to be a significant landmark in the continuing development of the surrounding area
