Oslo City Council Visits Sandford Lodge

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting a delegation from Oslo City Council at our low-rise medium-density Sandford Lodge housing scheme. We toured the site and one of the duplex units, and had some interesting discussions about housing scale and density, and how this typology occupies a middle ground between individual houses and larger apartment buildings. It seems that this type of development is not common in Oslo and generated a lot of interest from the delegates.

We also created an 8-page zine featuring images and drawings of the project for the delegates to take with them.
