Submitted on behalf of our fantastic clients The Iveagh Trust, we recently achieved a full Planning Grant through Dublin City Council for our new residential building in Dolphin's Barn Dublin 8. After an extensive consultation process, this consent has been achieved within the statutory timeframes, with no observations, and without recourse to An Bord Pleanala or Judicial Review. Alongside The Iveagh Trust, we are excited to build upon their legacy in this part of the city, revitalizing this long derelict site, and help to build vibrant communities in Dublin 8.
