Shay Cleary Architects are seeking an Architectural Graduate to join our friendly and collaborative studio in Dublin 6.
The position is initially for a fixed term of 6 months, working on a diverse range of projects in close collaboration with our Directors and Associates.
You should be enthusiastic, obsessive about detail and enjoy working with a close-knit team seeking excellence in design and construction.A competitive salary is offered, dependent on experience.
Job Requirements
The applicant should have the following:
Experience in medium and large-scale projects, including in the production information and on-site stages
Experience in design team coordination
Proficiency in Autodesk BIM software (including Revit/ Navisworks) and experience with BIM protocols
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with excellent presentation and graphic skills
Proficiency in three-dimensional rendering an advantage
Experience in the preparation of statutory applications
Knowledge of the Irish Building Regulations and BC(A)R
Fluency in English
