Shay Cleary Architects are delighted to confirm that our EXO building was awarded the Commercial/ Office Building Project of the Year at the Irish Building and Design Awards 2022, at a recent evening at the Intercontinental Hotel, Dublin.
This is the second major award for the project following success in the Irish Constructing Excellence Awards 2022 and continues the growing profile of the scheme, against strong competition from major commercial projects across Ireland.
We were also pleased to have the engineering elements of the scheme recognized with the Engineering Project of the Year awarded to O’Connor Sutton Cronin and Bennett (Construction) Ltd, in recognition of the ground breaking structural ambition of the scheme.
