Shay Cleary Architects shortlisted in the Property Industry Excellence Awards 2023


Two of our recent projects are nominated in the upcoming KPMG Irish Independent Property Industry Excellence Awards 2023.


Shay Cleary Architects are excited to be the only architecture practice in Ireland with two projects nominated for the prestigious Architecture Award, in the upcoming KPMG Irish Independent Property Industry Excellence Awards 2023.


Firstly, for the EXO building, our 17 story exoskeleton skyscraper in the Dublin Docklands for SW3/ Tristan Capital Partners, which is now nearing full occupancy with An Post as the anchor tenant in their new Dublin Docklands home.


Secondly, for The Residences, Sandford Lodge for Kennedy Wilson, a revolutionary low-rise, high-density, residential development, which points the way towards more sustainable, more viable, and more appropriate housing in Ireland.


Congratulations to all of our clients, design team collaborators, and to the other nominees, and we look forward to an exciting evening in The Convention Centre, Dublin for the announcement of the winners.
